Website Traffic is Easy If You Stay Motivated
Any experienced Internet marketer can tell you that increasing website traffic will invariably earn you more money. They may neglect to tell you, however, that attracting visitors is a task that requires daily effort.
So it is not enough to write one article, get a single back link, or advertise once and get results. You must force yourself to do everything it takes to make your site as popular as it can be.
Now that you are motivated, here is a list of three things that you should be doing every day. None of them will cost you a thing, and if you perform these tasks every single day for the next month your traffic statistics are sure to improve.
1. Type a keyword relevant to your site into the Google search engine. Find the highest ranking internet marketing tools blog out of all the results that you get, and leave a thoughtful, intelligent comment.
You should do this with a different blog every day until you have found 7 or 8 that are closely related to your niche. Then you just repeat the process. This will give you links back to your site from a variety of well ranked websites.
2. Go to Yahoo Answers and find questions that you can give informative responses to. Leave a link back to your site in the “information source” section. Do not put the link in the body of your answer. This just makes it look like spam.
As in the first example, this will give you back links. Just as important, if you do this at least once a day other users will see you as a trustworthy supplier of valuable information and will happily visit your website.
3. Write and submit at least one keyword rich article every day to submission sites such as Ezine Articles. This has the same effect as both of the above examples, plus it gets you internet marketing traffic from other users of the article site as well.
If you are genuinely serious about increasing website traffic, then follow these three steps for the next thirty days. Once you see the positive results of your efforts, you should no longer have any trouble in staying motivated to do even more.
